ROANOKE, Va. (WSET) — A man is facing charges of second-degree murder following a deadly shooting incident in a Roanoke gas station parking lot, according to police.
According to RPD, 28-year-old Marquis Wiley, of Roanoke, has been charged with second-degree murder.
On Nov. 9, 2025, around 11:17 a.m., officers responded to a report of a shooting in the parking lot of a gas station in the 2500 block of Shenandoah Avenue NW.
