SacRT employee stabbing case dismissed due to lack of evidence, DA’s office says

The DA’s office said it declined to file due to there not being enough evidence presented.

“Based on the totality of the facts and circumstances, there is insufficient evidence to file charges and sustain a conviction on the guilt beyond a reasonable doubt standard,” the DA’s office said. “Therefore, we declined to file charges.”…
