Two people charged in connection with the fatal shooting Nov. 6 at a West Toledo restaurant are due back in Toledo Municipal Court on Tuesday for a preliminary hearing.
Ronald L. Hurst II, 39, and Taylor Raths, 34, both of Oregon, were charged with involuntary manslaughter, a third-degree felony, in the death of Jayson Brown, 22.
Ms. Raths was arrested Friday and booked into the Lucas County jail. She was also charged with obstructing justice, a fifth-degree felony, because she provided false information about Hurst’s involvement in the crime and his whereabouts, according to court records…
