New Castle County Police have charged a 25-year old woman in connection to a shots fired incident Sunday night, November 9, 2025, in which she claimed to be the victim.
Officers responded to Court Drive off of Lancaster Pike around 10 p.m. and found Fatima Chambers-Knight, who reported being shot in the hand.
