KATY, TX [November 11, 2025] – Katy Junior High students swelled community hearts with pride through music, spoken word and artistry to honor local heroes during the school’s annual Veterans Recognition Ceremony.
The event featured heartfelt performances and tributes that celebrated courage, sacrifice and community. Student Council members led attendees in the pledges to the American and Texas flags, followed by a stirring performance of the Star-Spangled Banner by the Katy Junior High Varsity Choir.
