LUBBOCK, Texas — Publisher Larry Scott Mann and Lubbock Stories, Inc. (Lubbock Lights) filed a lawsuit against the Lubbock County Expo Center, Inc. (LCEC) on Wednesday morning to compel it to release records under the Texas Public Information Act.
In the lawsuit, Mann said in October he submitted two requests for public records, including financial records, contracts, gifts over $5,000, communications with officials and LCEC fundraising materials.
