Early this morning, residents of Brooklyn Park awoke to the sight of police vehicles and SWAT teams surrounding a home on Brookdale Dr. N. The Brooklyn Park Police Tactical Response Unit executed a high-risk search warrant at approximately 5:10am, which was part of an ongoing robbery investigation. To ensure public safety, law enforcement closed off Brookdale Dr. and surrounding streets, causing minor traffic rerouting for a short duration.
According to a Brooklyn Park Police alert, the SWAT team arrested one juvenile male and detained two adult males and three adult females, along with two additional juvenile males.
