BELOIT, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in Wisconsin reported three shots-fired incidents in just three days, resulting in three arrests.
The Beloit Police Department said no one was injured in any of the incidents but emphasized that officers take every call involving gunfire seriously.
High school student hospitalized after being hit by tow truck in Oshkosh
The first incident occurred Thursday, Nov. 6, shortly before 3:45 p.m. Officers responded to the 200 block of Middle Avenue for a disturbance involving shots fired. Investigators determined a physical altercation took place, during which a man fired a round at an occupied vehicle. Police identified the suspect as 19-year-old Curtez McAlister, who turned himself in on Nov. 11.
Just hours later, police responded to another shots-fired call near St. Lawrence Avenue and Oak Street. Officers found evidence at the scene, including a vehicle that had been hit. The suspect, identified as 17-year-old Chevias Blair Jr., was taken into custody the next day…
