BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — A Birmingham man was arrested and charged following a fatal shooting that happened late Saturday night, according to the Birmingham Police Department.
Benjamin Williams, 33, is charged with capital murder and discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle in connection to the death of 31-year-old Jeremiah Cornell Stone. The shooting occurred in the 1800 block of Henry Crumpton Drive.
