BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The family of Paache Spikes-Redding, the Buffalo woman hit and killed by a Tesla Cyber Truck, are speaking out tonight exclusively with News 4 following the arrest of the alleged driver, nearly four months after the crash.
Months of mourning and waiting for the suspect to be caught concluded this week when Gregory Redding Jr. logged online and learned that Wendell M. Brooks, 44, was indicted for Paache’s death that occurred on the night of July 17 near the intersection of William and Davey Streets in Buffalo’s Lovejoy District.
“You took a very kind, loving person from this world,” Redding said in response to our question of what he would say to Brooks if given the chance. “You had enough time to prepare yourself, but I didn’t have time to prepare myself for this.”…
