A century-old City of Erie building is getting an upgrade, and construction work is just around the corner.
ZFLP Properties is tackling its fourth construction project in the city, looking to turn the old DAKA Paper Building on West 13th Street into a new building with residential and commercial space.
Currently, the developers are doing internal demo work on the 102-year-old building and have submitted renovation plans to the building inspection underwriters.
