GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) — Residents of Fifth Avenue shared concerns with Gainesville city leaders about plans to make Northwest 10th and 12th streets one-way roads during a walking tour on Wednesday.
People with the Fifth Avenue Neighborhood and Historical Association say the commission made the change without enough public discussion. The plan would make a mile of Northwest 10th and 12th Streets a one-way, one-lane, north-south pair.
