LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Ingham County Commissioners are expected to approve spending up to $62.5 million to build a new, 24-bed juvenile detention facility Wednesday night.
The new facility will be built at 1601 W. Holmes Rd., directly behind the Ingham Family Center, which offers day and evening programs for youth involved in the juvenile justice system.
