I think this is another one of those urban legends found in The Villages much as the Loofahs and the STDs. I have lived here for going on six years and have never seen it so crowded that someone could not get wet if they wanted and have not seen any young folks in our local (non-family) pool. There must be some who do not want anyone but themselves to have access to the amenities. I would also like to add that the fact that outside people come and enjoy entertainment at the squares is not a violation. It is more like a right. As far as I know the squares are public access.
