Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — Red balloons were released into the cold night air Wednesday in memory of 30-year-old Quinton Wynn.
Rochester police said Wynn was shot several times before he was found lying in a front yard on the corner of Jay and Walnut streets Saturday night. He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, where he later died.
