CHRISTIAN COUNTY, Mo. — A home in Christian County is a total loss after a fire broke out late Wednesday morning in the 1600 block of Santa Fe Road southwest of Rogersville.
According to the Logan-Rogersville Fire Protection District (LRFPD), a nearby neighbor noticed smoke coming from the home’s basement and called 911. Officials say the fire didn’t take long to spread into the attic.
There was one person inside the home when the fire started, but he quickly got out and doesn’t have any major injuries.
