DALLAS COUNTY, Iowa — One person was killed in a crash on Wednesday morning in Dallas County.
Death investigation underway in Des Moines after south side shooting
The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office said that at around 8:34 a.m. deputies responded to a report of a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Highway 44 and J Avenue. First responders arrived at the scene to find a passenger vehicle had collided with a semi that was hauling a grain trailer, the sheriff’s office said.
One individual, identified as an adult, died in the crash. The victim’s name has not been released at this time.
