An eviction notice from the Brown County Sheriff’s Office, dated Nov. 11, was posted on the door of Koko Sushi Bar and Lounge, 875 Lombardi Ave., and addressed to the restaurant’s owner, Virginia Lee Wilson. The notice says Wilson has until Nov. 13 to vacate the premises.
Online Wisconsin court records show an eviction claim dated July 2, between JJ875 Property LLC, the owner of the property where the restaurant is located, and Virginia Lee Wilson, listed as the tenant. The claim was dismissed on August 26, as Wilson agreed to vacate the premises by 11:59 p.m. on September 30.
