Salem City Council voted Nov. 10 to create a mid-fiscal year project to begin adding a paved path in the Wallace Natural Area at Wallace Marine Park.
The 7-1 vote moved forward efforts to fund the path and identify other improvements like removing access barriers for park users and stabilizing ecological conditions.
