SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) – The City of Sparks is clarifying a potential first responder fee.
In an email to KOLO 8 News Now, the city says Sparks residents, Medicare and Medicaid recipients, as well as those without health insurance, would have no out of pocket expense associated with the potential fee.
