CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The City Council held a special session meeting on Wednesday to give final approval to an added grace period for Clarksville Gas & Water bill payments, which they approved unanimously, 11-0.
“Our department continually analyzes the needs and wants of customers through customer interactions and reviewing related policies,” Gas & Water General Manager Mark Riggins said previously. “One comment we consistently hear is that, from time to time, customers simply need more time to pay.”
