The Millcreek Township Board of Supervisors has approved a development plan for a new apartment complex.
Six duplex dwellings with associated stormwater management facilities and parking will be built near the corner of West Lake Road and Linden Avenue.

Within the last year, the area was rezoned to mixed-use 1 to allow small-scale residential units like this one.
The plan includes the main entrance being located on Linden Ave in hopes of alleviating traffic congestion.

“I know some of the residents were a little upset about that; they would have preferred West Lake Road. There was some issues with West Lake Road. There’s a township road right across the street that may have caused a conflict. Then, the further that they got, to closer to Linden, you obviously are creating a conflict with the driveway being too close to a roadway.
