Measles update: Eight new cases in Spartanburg County, two from unknown source ‘worrisome’

Measles continues to spread in Spartanburg County.

The South Carolina Department of Public Health (DPH) reported on Nov. 12 that eight new cases have been identified in the county since Nov. 7.
