Pennsylvania lawmakers clear hurdle ahead of budget deal

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — Pennsylvania lawmakers reached a milestone Tuesday night as they return to Harrisburg for budget discussions.

The State Senate Appropriations Committee passed a State House budget bill out of committee. Next, it will head to the floor for a full vote.
