(FOX40.COM) —The Stockton City Council held a special meeting Wednesday night during which some councilmembers exchanged heated words at times.
When an argument between Vice Mayor Jason Lee and Councilmember Brando Villapudua got too personal, Mayor Christina Fugazi called for the microphones to be turned off and a short recess to be taken.
