SANTEE, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — The city of Santee is one step closer to tightening its e-bike regulations, most notably banning riders under the age of 12.
The city council voted unanimously Wednesday night in favor of an ordinance that builds on laws established under the California Vehicle Code.
