(KRON) — A Santa Rosa father was arrested Tuesday following an investigation into a crash that seriously injured his three boys earlier this year, according to the Santa Rosa Police Department.
Timothy Norman, 45, was booked into the Sonoma County Jail for felony driving under the influence of drugs causing injury and three counts of felony child endangerment with injury. The arrest comes after toxicology results were obtained, which “confirmed the presence of drugs in the driver’s system at the time of the collision,” police said.
On June 2 at approximately 2:37 p.m., Norman was driving his three sons — ages 5, 11 and 12 — in a red Honda Odyssey minivan on West Third Street.
