Morris Brown College alumni rally to revive legendary marching band

ATLANTA — It’s been more than two decades since the Morris Brown College Marching Wolverines performed on campus. Former band members are leading efforts to bring back a tradition that helped define not only the college, but the Atlanta itself.

For generations, the Marching Wolverines were known nationwide for their showmanship and precision. From performing in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and the Rose Bowl, to appearing in the hit movie Drumline, the band helped place Morris Brown on the national stage.
