LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) — The family of Oveyanna Francis, a 23-year-old woman shot and killed at Himbola Manor Apartments in Lafayette, is speaking out for the first time since Monday’s deadly shooting, seeking justice for her death.
According to Lafayette Police, Francis’s death marks the third homicide of the year where an innocent bystander was killed.
