Deputies in El Paso County launched a search Tuesday after 12-year-old Aubrey Walker walked away from the 100 block of Kokomo Street in the Widefield area. She was described as about 5 feet tall and 150 pounds, last seen in a gray shirt and shorts with a black hoodie—and no shoes. Family and authorities said they were deeply concerned for her safety, and the initial alert asked the public for immediate help.
The alert went out on X from the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, which shared her description and the non-emergency tip line at 719-390-5555. The post urged anyone who saw Aubrey or had information to contact deputies to help reunite her with her family.
