PHOENIX (AZFamily) — The remaining six suspects accused in Preston Lord’s murder appeared in court Wednesday as the deadline passed for their severance motion requesting separate trials.
The state addressed the Wednesday deadline for the motion during the court appearance. Criminal defense attorney David Black said it’s unlikely the court will grant the defendants’ request.
