BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Over 100 arrests were made for organized retail theft in Bakersfield between July 1 and Sept. 30, according to the police department.
Bakersfield police said 766 assets, that were valued over $15,528, were recovered and 103 suspects were arrested between that time period. Thirty-nine of the arrests are Proposition 36 eligible, the department said.
