BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Homicide detectives are investigating after a 57-year-old man was found dead in an alley on Thursday in northwest Baltimore.
On November 13, at around 2:15 p.m., officers responded to a rear alley in the 5300 block of Gist Avenue to investigate a check-the-well-being call for service.
