32-year-old pedestrian and dog die after being struck by car in Towson

TOWSON, Md. (WBFF) — A man and his dog are dead after they were hit by a car on Wednesday in Towson, Baltimore County police announced Thursday.

On November 12, at around 4:15 p.m., Towson officers responded to the area of Towsontown Boulevard and Emerson Drive for a report of an injured pedestrian.
