PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — A man is behind bars after being caught on camera slapping and pulling the hair of his alleged pregnant girlfriend.
Video of the incident shared with CBS12 News shows the suspect, identified as Ciro Duque Rivas, slapping his girlfriend across her face and tugging her hair as she stumbles back. According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), on November 9 at about 2:18 a.m., deputies were dispatched to an undisclosed residence regarding a disturbance.
