Justin Chidozie Nwachukwu, 29, of Charlotte, North Carolina, was arrested and charged with insurance fraud and obtaining property by false pretense. Authorities say Nwachukwu reported his 2021 Dodge Charger as stolen and gave incorrect information to investigators and his insurance company, National General.
