A Detroit judge who last year garnered national scrutiny after having a sleepy teenager detained while on a field trip in his courtroom is now facing a professional misconduct case.
Judge Kenneth King of the 36th District Court was named in a formal complaint filed on Thursday, Nov. 13, by the Judicial Tenure Commission.
