CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (WNCN) – The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill approved a new proposal that will raise tuition fees for all students.
The UNC Board of Trustees met on Thursday morning, officially voting in favor of a 3% tuition rate hike for in-state students and 10% for out-of-state students.
