EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — Seton Harvest and Ascension Saint Vincent are partnering to fight food insecurity in the Evansville area.
Officials say the farm donates 80% of its crops to local families and is now implementing year-round growing methods. These include hydro-ponics and converting high tunnels to produce fresh food even during the winter months.
