Automotive giants sued over ‘unlawful and abusive’ Alabama labor practices

A California-based non-profit is filing a lawsuit against Hyundai and Kia over labor practices by auto suppliers in Alabama they say violate Golden State laws.

Jobs to Move America (JMA), a progressive labor group, alleges that Hyundai and Kia are violating California’s Unfair Competition Law through “unconscionable labor practices.”
