CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — A multi-vehicle car crash is causing delays on I-380 Thursday evening, Iowa Department of Transportation 511 says.
The right shoulder of I-380 northbound is currently blocked between Exit 13: County Road E70 and Exit 16: US 151 and US 218 in Cedar Rapids.
