CORTLAND, Ill. (WTVO) — Police who responded to a driver who crashed into a cornfield said he began drinking from an open bottle of tequila while speaking with first responders.
According to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched to Old State Road and East Country Line Road around 10 a.m. on Thursday morning.
