A San Antonio family nurse practitioner and retired Army lieutenant colonel has been found after going missing this week when she failed to board a scheduled flight this week, authorities said.

Anita Elizabeth Gould, a 56-year-old mother of four, was located “alive in her vehicle and preliminarily appears that she suffered a medical episode,” according to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office in Texas.

Gould had been taken to a local hospital, sheriff’s officials said. “We would like to thank everyone that shared her picture/information,” they said…
