Lane Community College (LCC) in Eugene, Oregon, has received the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award from the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) for its Fiscal Year 2025 Budget Document. This is the second time since 2018 that LCC has earned this award. The recognition places LCC among government organizations nationwide that meet GFOA standards.
The award is based on nationally recognized guidelines. The GFOA reviews how the budget serves as a policy document, financial plan, operations guide, and communications tool. LCC’s budget met all fourteen required criteria for the award.
