3rd suspect accused of shooting, killing Gresham teen arrested in Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The third and final suspect allegedly involved in the murder of a Gresham teen was arrested on Thursday.

After a nationwide search, Terrell Coy, 17, was arrested at an apartment in SE Portland, according to Gresham police.

The shooting happened back on April 27 inside the Eleven Pines Apartments on SW 11th Street near Highland Road. Liam Spahnle-Bailey was sleeping at his father’s apartment when a bullet fired from his neighbor’s apartment went through the walls and hit him.

Officers provided emergency treatment to Spahnle-Bailey and rushed him to an area hospital, but he did not survive…
