WYNANTSKILL, N.Y. (WNYT) – Police have identified the man killed in a vehicle fire on Wednesday.
The fire happened just before 2 p.m. in the driveway of a home on Judd Lane. Police said the victim was trapped under the vehicle. He has been identified as 19-year-old Jason Cupp, who lives at the home.
The investigation into what happened is still ongoing, but the fire has been ruled an accident. Rensselaer detectives, the Rensselaer County Cause and Origin Team and medical examiner are still working on the case…
