Fatal hit-and-run suspect identified as ex-police lieutenant, released on bond

Christopher Bradshaw, an ex-police lieutenant charged in a fatal hit-and-run case in Marietta, was released from custody Wednesday on bond, according to Cobb County Jail records.

Bradshaw, 48, of Canton, is accused of operating a black 2020 Chevrolet Silverado under the influence of alcohol that struck and killed 36-year-old Terrell Lowdermilk, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, in the early morning hours Aug. 13.

A spokesperson from the Milton Police Department, in Milton, confirmed Bradshaw was a former lieutenant with the department in a statement to the Marietta Daily Journal…
