A celebration of Kenneth Funderburk’s life will be held at the First Baptist Church of Columbus, Georgia, at 11:00 am, on Saturday, November 15th, 2025, with Dr. Jimmy Elder officiating. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens in Phenix City, AL. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, one hour prior to the service, at First Baptist Church.
According to his obituary at Vance Brooks Funeral home, Kenneth Funderburk practiced law in Phenix City, Alabama for over 60 years. In addition to Kenneth’s successes in the practice of law, he was a successful entrepreneur, published author, respected artist, accomplished sailor, world traveler, and avid singer, who enjoyed singing in church choirs around Phenix City and Columbus, most recently with the choir at First Baptist Church in Columbus, GA…
