Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville ranks ninth nationally for patient experience

Gainesville – Northeast Georgia Medical Center (NGMC) Gainesville has been recognized as one of the nation’s top hospitals for patient experience, ranking ninth in the United States. The distinction highlights the hospital’s commitment not only to high-quality medical care but also to the way patients and families are treated throughout their healthcare journey.

The ranking comes from PEP Health, a company that uses artificial intelligence to analyze online patient reviews and other unsolicited feedback of healthcare organizations. The 2026 U.S. Hospital Rankings for Patient Experience evaluated data posted online between September 2024 and August 2025, drawing insights from public review sites, forums, and social media. The analysis provides an unbiased look at how patients experience care across the country.
