OWENSBORO, Ky. (WFIE) – Police are investigating whether or not a shots fired incident is linked to a car crash in Owensboro late Tuesday night.
Just before midnight, police say they received multiple reports of gunfire in the 1700 block of Parrish Plaza Drive.
